1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Valid Claims: We'll gladly refund:

  • Unauthorized payments: Report within 4 weeks of transaction date
  • Technical failures: Report within 48 hours if we couldn't deliver your template
  • Duplicate charges

1.2 Non-Refundable: Unfortunately we can't refund:

  • "I changed my mind" cases
  • Designs that don't match your vision
  • Expired template access

2. Refund Process

2.1 Timeframes:
• Technical issues: 48 hours
• Unauthorized payments: 4 weeks

3. Chargeback Policy

3.1 Prohibition: You agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks without first:

  • Contacting our support team via email
  • Allowing 5 business days for resolution

3.2 Consequences: Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal action to recover funds plus €150 administrative fee
  • Client responsibility for all legal costs incurred
