1. Definitions

Capitalized terms (e.g., "Template," "Our") have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

2. What’s Allowed

You’re fully free to:

  • Use the Rendered Design for any personal or commercial purpose (e.g., social media, ads, merchandise, client projects)
  • Modify the Template externally to fit your needs (adding an overlay or effect)

3. What’s Not Allowed

You agree not to:

  • Sell or redistribute the Rendered Design as a standalone product (e.g., listing it on stock platforms, charging to render the design)
  • Use the Rendered Design in a way that harms Our brand (e.g., promoting hate speech, illegal activities, or content that misrepresents or damages our reputation)
  • Claim ownership of the original Template or its underlying design

4. Attribution

You don’t need to credit Effects.gg when using the Rendered Design (We don't mind though :3).

5. Disclaimer

The Templates are provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee they’ll work for your specific needs, and we’re not liable for any losses or damages arising from their use.

6. Termination

If you break these terms, Effects.gg can revoke your right to use the Rendered Design immediately.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts.
